For us, juice cleansing is a time for reflection. We often choose to cleanse when we feel like life is getting a little too busy or feeling a little bit out of control. Cleansing is the perfect time to slow down, take a breath and dedicate our focus to understanding where our energy is spent.
Mindful eating is a dieting method that leverages the Buddhist concept of mindfulness to control eating habits. While it may sound complicated, it’s actually a very simple technique for controlling your daily food intake.
Food is fuel. Somewhere along the line, that message has been convoluted and our connection to the process of eating has been lost - in part, if not altogether. The lesson here is simple: count the quality of what you are eating, not the quantity.
Did you hear about the recent study that proves breathing keeps us alive? You probably didn’t because no such study exists. Or at least that I’m aware of. It would be unquestionably absurd for a such a study to be conducted. Everyone knows breathing keeps us alive.
A warrior is a human being who accepts the call and walks the long, arduous path of becoming one’s full potential. A warrior's work is never done.
